October ‘18 I tried to commit suicide, i was attending a drug and alcohol centre where I was challenged more than ever before.
October ‘19 I was selected for Ireland, and qualified for the 1/4 of the champions league.

I hit another milestone this week in my recovery, 900 days since my last suicide attempt, 900 days sober and after 900 days I am now in the process of coming off my medication. 900 days ago I made a decision to change and I will never look back. Emotional wreck but I am so proud.
