6 month old me was 100% a bulimic from birth (when i was 6 months my sister gave me a mini egg and i choked then threw up) i just knew it was high in cals 100%

body types cause we started talking about like our types and then i started like asking my bf (sort of very very complicated) what was his and i was the one asking well like kinda cause he was like skinny but not too skinny and i asked him what he meant and he showed me that
if you want to loose weight than just do it,it’s not that fucking hard ur just a wannarexic now i’m not say it happens in two days but come on if ur binging all the time it’s not gonna work

- decorate your room.
- find a new tv show or movie to watch.
- make a new wardrobe online.
- bake/cook for family.
- have a very long shower.
- paint.
- draw.
- start a duolingo course.

don’t do those stupid thingys that are like “red marker on arm” it will make u miss it more but a rubber band goes help somtimes,also don’t try and talk to many ppl because u might say somthing or they might say somthing that will cause u to relapse
