G'day Twitter. I've been on a long digital detox. I submitted my PhD thesis last year, and then I feel like I dropped the ball on life, work, and just about everything. I guess my brain needed a break. Happy to be back and heading to Montreal for #ahns2023 though. 🇨🇦

@TheMacAran I'm sorry you've had this feedback. I submitted my thesis last week after 7 YEARS! A new diagnosis of type 1 diabetes, 2 babies, a pandemic, and slow recruitment to my longitudinal cohort meant more time, more time, and just a little more time. Keep going. You've got this. 👊
