@DavidKingYUM I feel like any kind of connection you can make with a real person will help a lot. The internship did help me a lot with connections, although I don’t think interning is the only way to achieve success - posting my work online is what helped me the most out of anything!

@DanielJFreeze Thanks for reading! I kept a spreadsheet full of studios and emails, and I did a combination of applying to listings and cold-emailing. Besides the big companies, there are also small studios that will sometimes take interns -I remember finding many of them from being on Twitter!
