In Science, Y3 have been investigating whether the length of a human's femur impacts how far they can jump. The children measured each other's femurs and then measured how far each person jumped. Fantastic work learning scientifically, Year 3! 🌈

Children in Year 5 visited a local Gurdwara yesterday to learn more about the Sikh faith and their values. They represented themselves and the school superbly, answered and asked lots of questions, as well as trying out and enjoying food at the langar! 🌈

The Eco Council have been litter picking this morning. They talked about litter picking safely and they were surprised to fill a full bag from the playground! The children are excited to share their findings and to encourage everyone to use the bins! 🌈

Our Cluster Council representatives have been to visit Leeds Recycling Centre with the Cluster Council today. They learnt some fascinating facts about waste and recycling - they are going to feedback to Mrs Heaton and the Eco Council 🌈
