Now this sounds more like what truly happened.
So apparently GOP House passed funding for the pediatric cancer hospitals last year, in a stand alone bill. Democrats led by Senate Majority Leader @SenSchumer and @JoeBiden sat on it so they could use it as a bargaining chip.
