Yes! They had a meeting 2 years ago in a Dubai. It was a 3 days meeting and that was where Atiku told him he would not run with him. He wanted a sitting governor to be his running mate this time around.
I am not sure Atiku was even ready to pick Obi as running mate. He wanted to change his formation. Buhari did the same from 2003 to 2015.
