Just 24 hours before the deadly crash at Reagan National Airport, another passenger jet had to perform a "go-around" maneuver to avoid a military helicopter in the same area. Here's the audio of the air traffic controller warning the pilot of the helicopter, then moments later the pilot says he "had to RA."

The most overt President Trump has been on placing blame for the plane and helicopter crash outside of Washington DC: "The helicopter was in the wrong place at the wrong time and a tragedy occurred."
