@DisrespectedThe This is stupid & petty! Quite frankly a lot of seniors/handicapped people prefer to have carts around in the parking lot because they’re easier to grab. My grandma uses carts like a walker, for balance and has a hard time getting into a store if one isn’t out in the lot for her!
