Shaw is a different type of LB to Telles. Shaw is a ball carrier while Telles doesn't keep the ball past 3 touches.
Shaw has more hopeful crosses than Telles, who always whips one to an intended receiver. They both have their unique strengths which I feel are worth keeping.
