Finally hit the $50k in 90 days. 3 more days result to go. Youtube Money! This might not be much to many, but it sure a good side hustle for anyone. I won't be posting my RESULTS again. This is enough to motivate whoever wants to take action, regardless of your location in the world.

@mayorblogger1 Very hard. My issue here is that the team I trained are now doing well with their various channels. Some hitting more than $5k. They have to move ahead.

Not really. I do let them know my channels if they want. I don't have an issue with that. I do my best to pay well. If the channel does well, you will get a raise. That's how I do it. If one is not ok, the person can leave. Moreover, I still run the design of one of the channels doing over $10k a month. Stress!

Not every video with millions of views is monetized even if the channel is monetized. A big channel on YouTube stopped posting videos for a long time because YouTube kept demonetizing their videos.
