Well done! Interesting data on a large scale! Since some old data, suspect there is heterogeneity in reporting diagnostic yield that- despite best efforts- likely over exaggerated all entities. 👉 is there sensitivity for malignancy and NGS sufficiency in this data?
📝A review of peripheral pulmonary lesion sampling. CT-TBNA had the highest diagnostic yield (88.9%) but significant risk of complications. RAB had a similar diagnostic yield (84.8%) but reduced complications. Standard flexible bronchoscopy and rEBUS had the lowest diagnostic yield. 🚨With 363 studies included in this meta-analysis, it is the largest study till date in this area (1/5)
