By law, Cuomo needed to fill out a form stating what hours during the week (during a pandemic) he was dedicating to a 300-page book. Cuomo’s office is declining to provide a copy of it

Have been trying for the past MONTH to get @nyhealthgov to answer this extremely simple question. But the taxpayer-funded DOH staff simply refuse to answer. Why? Doing so would likely show many of their FOIL responses are actually complete nonsense
