I’ve never seen more false evaluations of Jude than any other player. In the 1st half when he wasn’t making runs & staying in the midfield, there was no attacking presence due to the forwards not making any runs at all. As we know, making runs against low blocks creates space for other players to attack. So, when Jude was making more runs in the 2nd half, Real Madrid were able to create far more chances as opposed to the 1st half due to Jude’s ability to create space when making runs into the box. He’s also the reason why his team was able to create more often. Although he should of scored a goal today, I still believed that his presence could be felt on the pitch.

@mesmat107 “I’ve watched enough games”….that’s all I needed to know. He has the most assists for Madrid this season, so you’re clearly yapping. He also won the IFFHS playmaker award without Mbappe last season when the two players up front would make genuine runs since they played as STs.

@mesmat107 Watch the games for yourself, all the attackers want the ball at their feet as opposed to making runs in behind. Most of Jude’s assists this season come from attackers running in behind. Maybe if that happened more often, he would be able to pick out more runs.

@Justafan453890 @Varca_Owner Put it into perspective….one shot that went off the cross bar, another that went to the keeper, & one that ended up with Mbappe scoring a goal. Not that bad. If your criteria for a player performing well or not only includes big chances missed, I would say your reason is flawed.
