6:44PM on 02/5/25, a box truck attempting to drive through a flooded section of Windy Hollow Rd. near Manchester, became stuck in rising water. Local First Responders responded and the U.S. Coast Guard helicopter, had to perform a high-Risk rescue to get the driver to safety.

Solo Vehicle Traffic accident on US-101 southbound at mile post marker 39.43 (south of Willits) one lane open for southbound currently. Motorist traveling through the area are advised to use caution as emergency personnel work to clear the scene.
