So lucky to have been part of this and now get to help units in @GMEC_SCN roll out and embed in practice. This came from a group of midwives and obstetricians who were supported by an amazing team, inspired, and have the passion to make a difference and make escalation easier.
We are receiving so much amazing feedback for our clinical escalation toolkit - thank you! It contains everything you need to improve clinical escalation in your maternity unit, focussing on teamwork, communication, & safety culture
