@louiseclark15 This is a lovely chart;explains well however this needs joint integrated approach of OT, physio and many more in view of positioning,stretches,splinting,medication,IM ,surgical ,nursing ie TVN in severe cases,sleep systems.Spasticity in itself is a debilitating effect post stroke

#Ashwinivaishnav I would like to transfer my dad- 85 year old who is bed ridden,cancer from Ahmedabad to Ludhiana- oxygen SOS and 80 yr old mum. Can you facilitate the reservation in 1st/ 2AC - 4 births in train number 12477 - 11th September or 18th September with concession.
