Motivational interviewing is a collaborative, goal-oriented communication style with attention to the language of change. It's both a person-centred & directional approach. π In child & family settings, this approach can guide workers to have more productive conversations with family members which can contribute to the safety & well-being of children & the whole family. π¨βπ©βπ§
