Are you a parent or carer of a baby or young child under 2 years old? 👶 We are developing a baby pledge, which will set out what babies should expect from those around them. It will be used to support the voice of the baby in a range of settings and environments. 💪 👨👩👧 The consultation exercise should take no longer than 5-10minutes and will be open till 17th January 2025. 📆 Just scan the QR code! 👇

Changing Realities is a participatory online project involving over 100 parents and carers living on a low income across the UK. 👨👨👦👦 They're working with researchers, artists and Child Poverty Action Group to document people’s experiences and push for change. 📝 Getting involved means doing as much or as little as you like! Theatr Iolo believes that a childhood without creativity is no childhood at all. They have teamed up with Naz Syed from Ziba Creative to create a fantastic Creative Play Pack, that includes materials, equipment, lots of ideas, instructions & templates to inspire children aged 5 to 11. 🧒 They also created a digital version of the kit for anyone interested in getting creative & making lots of lovely items for yourself or as gifts. 💻

The Welsh Government Curriculum Research team currently have a survey aimed at parents/carers and learners in Wales, to gather their views about their experiences of education in Wales. 🏫 The voices of learners and their parents or carers will be a key part of developing an understanding of how Curriculum for Wales is being implemented, and how Welsh Government can better support these groups, as well as schools and teachers. 💪 The survey is aimed at parents and carers of children and young people from Reception to Year 9 (ages 4-14) 👨👩👧 Take part here 👇
