Luos are taken through rigorous vetting every time they go for IDs. We don't complain. In fact, we embrace the vetting as a security measure. Somalis shouldn't cry about vetting as they also live close to the border and the risk of allowing foreigners to get IDs is high.

We are vetted every time we go for IDs. In fact, unaingia unapata wazee wa nyumba kumi wote hapo and you are taken through a series of questions and verification. There's no wrong in vetting. If there was no vetting, all the Ugandans here (many) would have been registered.
