Yesterday, the 10th District Celebrated what would be Fallen Officer, Ella French’s, 31st Birthday. During the event, a K-9 painted by CPD’s very own, Peter Bucks, was revealed to Elizabeth French and will be displayed in the 10th District. Officer French will never be forgotten.
