Meteorologists, including those you see on TV, all had to study these in some form while taking their degrees. These are all based on what the atmosphere naturally does. These are multi-dimensional. Nowhere in here allows for artificial modification. Skeptics, try these yourself.

If you are evacuating north from Florida for #Milton, these are some of the good choices to go to, as well as where NOT to go (due to residual impacts from #Helene). Green - Good choice Yellow - City is OK but hotel space may be scarce due to impacts nearby Red - Not a good idea
