@itskeyon
I’m not surprised. They wanna be Black women so bad. What sucks is Black women will often give them that boost of confidence. There’s ALOT of racism in the LGBTQ community that also needs to be addressed ASAP
@AfrDiasporaNews
Weird how y’all believe black Americans are the only ppl who suffered at the hands of colonialism and are the only ppl who talk about any sort of reparations 😂
@e_p82
@beyoncegarden
@Ketso28
Listen to them Caucasian lies if you want lol. Now y’all want ppl to quit cleaning their food? lol send that shyt back to the devil where u got it
No it isn’t…
BLACK is an ENGLISH word. ENGLISH comes from ENGLAND for one lol
And the ENGLISH colonized MANY DIFFERENT LOCATIONS & PEOPLE. Therefore wherever they had subjects who were African (such as those in Jamaica), THEY CALLED THEM BLACK!
🙄
The word “black” was created to identify ourselves in this country. Just like many other things we’ve created, it has been hijacked by other cultures and ethnicities. But “BLACK” is specific to black Americans who’s ancestors are former slaves.
Black Americans are a PART of the African Diaspora. Not separate. Meaning we are African descendants dispersed outside of the continent. Location don’t suddenly change our DNA
@MrsFlowers007
I’m going for the all American lol.
Gotta have that fix of salty and sweet. SOUTHEASTERN American is the best in my eyes. Biscuits with jam or gravy, shrimp n grits, salmon patties, French toast or maple waffles🤤. Let me go make me something to eat!
#LovecraftCountry
Man y’all have a way of showing just how selfless and sacrificial Black women can be for the people they love. Even when they don’t even know them. This shyt was TOO deep! 🖤
@davidacarreras1
@Jupinapapi3
Sweetie The colors for Haiti also mean the same. Haiti has helped MANY Latin countries gain their independence from Spain. That is part of why the Dominicans hate them. They were actually on the side of their oppressors through brainwashing.
@itslamiarenee
You go where tf you choose because this world ain’t perfect and adversity is inevitable. Go where you can get the degree you want for the money you can afford. Go to community college and transfer or work hard for extra scholarship money to go to the school you want to
@virgosgrooviest
People seem to forget that this is an entertainer. She’s not meant to our mother, sister, bff, therapist, teacher, etc. She entertains by singing and dancing. Putting on a show. Then when the show is over she has a life to go back to.
Ppl need fckin help…
@silknymphe
@usernamewithTee
She’s the darkest one and the only one with two black parents. That makes all the difference enough for society to treat her differently
And y’all wonder why certain people talk and promote AGAINST Pan Africanism and Black unity.
These same people be heavily MIXED wit some other shyt or a whole completely different RACE!
No wonder they don’t want Black folks to unify. It puts THEM outta business …
@joshuachenault1
Gizelle just don’t like Monique. She didn’t ever since her first interaction with her. It just annoys me that Mo makes such an effort to be nice to her. Like why? 🤔
@HorneMikala
There’s definitely such thing as “good” and “bad” hair. It’s just not dependent upon hair type/curl size/shape. More so the condition of their hair itself determines if it’s good or not
@theesoftest
She don’t look Black so that caption didn’t even apply. Even if she actually IS but has recessive traits, the caption don’t make sense when she don’t look visibly largely of African descent
@nypost
Sis would be happier if she quit looking for approval and validation from the public. I wanna see more of her talent versus so much of her ass all the time.
@VoiceOfOurAnces
This bytch a whole Dominican wit half Haitian kids which is hilarious. Someone did a whole background check and she didn’t even have a SSN until she was 18. Bytch a scamming anti Black FRAUD
@Afro_Americas
I believe for MOST the want for connection is genuine. So much has been taken from us in the African diaspora.
I will say there are those with Eurasian mindsets that aren’t looking for true connections but instead ppl to instill their own form of supremacy
@BlkBird444
I bet the WHITE shoplifters got what they needed during the whole debacle too! As someone that has worked in retail THEY GET AWAY WITH IT ALL THE TIME!!
@naledimashishi
I agree with your observation. Sex should be pleasurable ALWAYS and deliberate. With joy, love and power come a marvelous creation and sometimes many! Good sex with good people can also lift your spirits and bring you out of a “rut” for lack of a better word.
To my African family: Don’t sweat the “African booty scratcher” comments. Black Americans have been using that as an insult towards dark skinned BLACK AMERICANS for the longest. Colorism and featurism runs deep within the community. Thank massa and their plantations
@itslinzzzz
I agree. I see why it’s used but the system is so imperfect and good people get heavily affected even for mistakes they didn’t make (like theft, added inquiries, parents using children’s SSN,etc). There has to be a better way to judge financial responsibility.
@ComplexPop
@Complex
I think it’s really fcked up that despite the proof that his ex was the abuser that many of these people refuse to work or support him. Smh your gender shouldn’t determine your punishment or sympathy granted. She needs to punished AND shunned. Not Johnny.
@yourfavecookk
They want her to get online and interact with them so they can knitpick and condemn her for every little thing she says so they can attempt to ruin her career and image. This is why she stays on MUTE
#LovecraftCountry
the presence of these two taught me how THEY will use your own people to taunt and harm you. Generational curses are something else!! Zombies are real and the mind is a terrible thing to waste.
@sheabutterbelle
@BlackAnalogy
The American education system didn’t have to tell us we were from Africa tho. We know that based on our dialect, customs, the food we eat and what we see when we look in the mirror. Too many people just too hellbent on assimilation and shunning their own origins to appease others
People like this ignorant bitter granny
@Onthespotts
need to stfu when it comes to things they know NOTHING about.
Gullah Geechee people like myself are indeed AFRICAN. We are the most AFRICAN people in America.
KEEP YOUR ANTI BLACKNESS TO UR FUCKIN SELF!
Stop trying to figure out what the original name of Africa was. That shyt is irrelevant. Africa has had many names since the beginning of time by many ppl living within. Why argue over shyt that will change nothing?…
@positiviTeee
I never really doubted it. Tina’s career was being a hair dresser and Bey and Blue AND Tina got long hair so I figured it was a great product.
Will definitely try it out
@itsmeshamwow
People with a working brain ain’t falling for this dumb shit.
It’s amazing how many adults we have that can’t even understand common sense
@RezistansM
I agree. Being around white folk ain’t that serious. That’s part of our problem. The need to feel included with others instead of the want and need to just be
The US treated this place exactly how they saw it: Little Haiti 🇭🇹
New Orleans history is SO rich and spiritual. These demons sought to destroy it. Now it has become heavily gentrified.
We may be “American” on PAPER but in practice we aren’t even on the level of dogs to them😔
hurricane katrina was a radicalizing moment for me-seeing people left to die-painting help on the roofs while the helis whizzed past. people getting food were shot by the same mercenaries hired in iraq-katrina woke me up-that could be me on that roof-they will leave us all behind
Damn All About The Tea panel has been dismantled. I saw it coming tho. Can’t trust a bih like Monica when she won’t even show her face while talkin other ppl’s biz . Plez had too much class for that panel. I like Bishop as well and hopefully Skoolboi ain’t on bs wit the avatar
@TheModern_P
Because many of us are part Yoruba like myself and if I choose to love and honor my ancestors then what’s it to you? It ain’t even none of your business anyway lol
@KNeferhetep
Ppl try to complicate when it’s quite simple. Honoring our home is honoring our ancestors. Taking care of the earth, giving back to the motherland, showing respect to the oceans, the trees, the ground we walk on
@peace2strength
@SoloFlow786
@FredSchultz35
Yes some shark species are edible. We have this thing called shark steak 🥩. My granny would fry it and serve as one of our breakfast meats sometimes. I’d just be careful tho because shark tends to carry pretty high mercury levels
@itslinzzzz
That’s a lot of ppl. In relationships for other ulterior motives. Not much to do wit true love, friendship and family. Folks lock into these unions for appearances
