Day 8/25: Every day I make progress. Though Ive decided to take this time to better myself. I approach the next few weeks with trepidation. I fear my inadequacy. Theres no such thing as bad motivation as long as it gets you up and out, but I hope & pray for a miracle in my favor.

Day 6/25: Inspiration. Anxiety. Fear. Doubt. Resolve. Effort. External support. Internal dejection. The answer has always been inside... I'm not afraid to take the next step. I'm only afraid I'm too late to the answer

Day 5/25 : I've been talking to friends, family and randos about the recent happenings. People are more understanding than I realize. They say the same things. Im not really looking for advice but... It fills me with just a little bit of hope. I need hope now more than ever.

Ive decided to (temporarily) give up most distractions. I want corporeal proof that I can be the me I owe everyone. But I cant deny how I feel. I labor against the weight of pain & self loathing. I continue to drag my feet as I too march. Even if it feels hopeless, I will march.

Day 3/25: Targeted frustration and reoccurring nightmares of haunting memories. I don't want to wallow in the muck, but I don't want to distract myself from reality. It's a conundrum. My focus is intact, but it all feels pointless. Still, I drag my feet and press on.

Escapism is actively detrimental. Sometimes suffering is warranted. What Im experiencing is warranted. I will not lie to myself & I won't cheat myself of my potential. Im capable of great things of myself & the people I care about. I will not be delusional, but I remain hopeful.
