Workouts I have put on 15 lbs muscle. My hitting EV was at 84-86. Since the workouts 89-92 EV. My entire team can see my results working. Not only is it helping with Arm Velo but my hitting EV.

How many of you knew I pitched in the 2019 LLWS. One of the coolest things ever. 2019 we came up short but it was once in a life time. The other picture was with the South Korea coaches. They loved my curveball and each gave me something personal of there’s to show respect. I

Love being on the mound. I’m a true pitcher not a thrower. I have command of 5 pitches and can throw any for a strike when need be. Ground balls and pop ups not just strikeouts. Thank you Spicer for the great video. Any colleges looking for a crafty lefty I’m your guy. 💣💣💣

Played the Dirtbags National team today. I got the nod to be on the hump today. We lost a close game but I only gave up 3 hits and had 8 K. I might not have the fastest velo but I have 4 pitches I can throw for a strike anytime I need to. Kept them off balance all game. Painting

Well I had a pretty good Birthday yesterday. We Played a good Somerset team last night. Pitched a shutout and had a RBI double. Great job Andy with the bat he went 2-3. Team playing good baseball right now.

Had a great week at University of Louisville. Great pastime tournament. I pitched against Canes National Ohio 30-2 record beat them. Later in the week I came in shutdown a ranked Louisville Slugger team. The Blues finished 3rd out of 70 teams. Proud of myself and my team.
