Simon Clarke doesn't seem to realise that A) in a democracy, you're allowed to vote again B) huge numbers of #Brexit voters have died since 2016 & have been replaced by a generation who weren't allowed to vote on the issue at all. People like him need that saying to their faces

@steveburnley @BBCRadioLincs In May 2024, Miliband wasn't in office. Between then & now we had an election, conference seasons & various vacations when Parliament wasn't sitting. Once the inspectorate recommended it to go forward, all it needed was time for him to give it his approval.
