I met my new half sister today for the 2nd time. She did ancestry test to find her father. We have 61 Facebook friends and a biological father in common. Crazy, weird, beautiful life.

I was nervous about writing this initially. But now I feel brave and strong. It should not be about educating women about how to avoid situations or behaviours. We need to educate the men. Don't behave this way. Communicate clearly. Educate yourselves. Take action to change.

My little nephew has been fighting leukaemia for most of this year. It’s been heartbreaking to watch 💔.Today the #makeawish foundation are making his dreams come true ! A ride in a police car & visit to a police station. It’s bringing him and us SO MUCH JOY.
