What do you mean? We do use computer vision on the thumbnails as part of the full model. We even run OCR to extract the thumbnail text and use that in the model. True, we don't look at the video itself, but 50% of the success of a video on YouTube comes from the idea and the packaging, no matter how good the video content is.
