This is such an awesome feature. Going to be massively popular for e-commerce customers to handle checkout flows, which in todays world rarely fit in to funnels, since checkouts are almost never one standard set of steps for everyone!

@ericmatisoff @ryanlevander @SimoAhava If you consider yourself a mid-market business, you can certainly make a case for Customer Journey Analytics. I've even got a few customers using both paid versions (CJA + GA4), since they do very different things!

@cardsfreak6 @brie_e_anderson One possibility is that the users metric in that report is 'active users', it is not 'total users'. The User metrics in GA4 can be incredibly confusing: as GA4 isn't great at making it clear which users metric is used.
