The sweetest thing ever is that I live next door to a swanky upscale sushi bar and the entire staff are 75 fans and they’re all going to MSG and Newark and are oomfies and that’s pretty cute and they play the 75 whenever I come in to eat but it’s coint cuz it’s fancy too.

As someone who has dealt with panic disorder in the past, it’s imperative that you still go. The only way to get through is to go and expose yourself to these situations even if it means being uncomfortable. Healing isn’t linear, but you’ve got this ❤️
