Patriotism is backing your country. By that I mean, having the courage to speak up, when decisions are not in favour of the people. Not in all the citizens best interests. Things that affect job creation, tackling unemployment, inequality, education, infrastructure, investment, healthcare and stability. We are encouraged not to speak up as it’s seen as disloyal. Quite the opposite. To be quiet when times require speaking up, is disloyal. When you love your country, and its people, you speak up, if you see harm coming. That’s loyalty ❤️ 🇿🇦
