After a pursuit and decamp in North Wales, PD Freya was deployed to search for the suspect. Freya located the male hiding in a garden, advised him with her teeth to not run, and handed him over to colleagues to spend a night in the cells

Say hello to our newest recruit, TPD Ginny! She’s an 8 week old working Cocker Spaniel. Ginny will be living with PC Land, who is one of our instructors, until he retires later next year. She will then hopefully be ready to start a specialist search course with her new handler!

Team Lex had a busy night last night! In Widnes he searched for and located a male wanted for domestic assault who decided to run but wisely gave himself up! Lex then found an elderly male who’d been missing throughout the night for 3hrs collapsed in nearby gardens in Warrington.

This is PD Bandit’s happy face. He’s happy because yesterday he located Class A & B drugs and cash. Today, he had a trip to Blaenau Ffestiniog and located some Class A & B drugs! That’s a hat-trick for the week! 👏

PD Otto gave a helping paw to @NWPRPU last night, twice he went to RTCs where the drivers made off, first @NPASNorthWest spotted a male in the woods so Otto made sure he didn’t run anymore and 2nd Otto tracked from the car to a male trying to get a taxi! Both drivers arrested!

PD Freya & handler attended reports of a domestic incident after the suspect had fled from the address. PD Freya was deployed and after an open area search she soon located the suspect in a field nearby, he thought about running but he quickly surrendered

PD Tag worked closely with @HGC Uned Dron / Nwp Drone unit last night to locate and arrest a male who was wanted following a domestic incident involving a machete. 🎃 🎃 🎃

PD Buddy just assisted colleagues in Wrexham with the search of an address. Buddy indicated up high in a bedroom and his handler located a quantity of Class A drugs and drugs paraphernalia hidden on top of a wardrobe! Great work, Bud!

Last night a car failed to stop and two males decamped and made off. RCU caught the passenger and PD Skye was called in to find the driver. It didn’t take long! Skye tracked through an estate and found him hiding in bushes! Arrested for failing to stop and drink and drug driving!
