We’re quite a new group, setting ourselves up in September this year with the main aim of raising awareness of prostate cancer, providing support & advice.

Looking to do 2 options around Aber. A short couple of miles mainly along the Prom, and a longer 5 mile one that takes in the National Library of Wales, Parc Natur Penglais, Consti, the promenade, castke, harbour and back to the rugby club.

Great walk taking in the superb historic and natural sights of Aberystwyth. Some travelled a long way to be part of it,coming from Anglesey, Denbigh, Swansea, Neath and Northants. Well done all and thanks for being part of the @ProstateCymru Big Walk.

Not long now until we start this @ProstateCymru Big Walk. We’re starting at the Castle (at 10.30) a, taking a scenic route around the town, end at @RoyalPier Route & photos of some things that lie ahead. May not get the same blue skies but the walk, views & chat will be great
