The PTSD doesn’t play 💔💔 I haven’t slept with the lights off in 2 years. Not to mention the trust issues with extended family even though i know that “not everyone is out to get me” but the slight possibility makes me overprotective over myself.😔

I no longer attend family gatherings , I get a knot in my stomach anytime my extended family reaches out via text/phone call/social media so I’ve blocked every single one of them . I literally stay in my room when they come over until they leave . Yho 💔 it still hurts .

5 years ago, I dropped out of Varsity and moved to a completely different city to pursue a career in TV production. Fast forward today I’m a production coordinator at a media house and channel I grew up watching. What a leap of faith , it truly is the goodness & grace of God 🥺❤️
