🚨The Prosecutor's Office today officially launched investigations into the vote manipulation scandal that was published on the KQZ's online website.
Exclusive: The KQZ website that intervened in vote manipulation was created by the company Cacttus, whose main funder is USAID. This research of mine reveals that Albin Kurti's advisor, Lulezon Jagxhiu, was once the director of Cacttus (until 2021). The Cacttus company has implemented its software on the website of the Central Election Commission. Based on the scandals in America regarding USAID's funding of organizations that support radical leftist parties, suspicions arise that USAID, through Cacttus and people close to the government, have interfered with the KQZ website through the Cacttus software that they implemented in August 2024.
