I do think that tech/tooling is important. However I think that focusing primarily on this is not what’s going to attract new developers/builders (or at least ones that want to create long term projects/experiences/company). I think builders/devs are more attracted by end user UX/UI, user flows, ease of onboarding users, ecosystem liquidity/number of real users that actively use a chain and that can be your first users. Lastly, showing what kind of support can be provided to by the chain is a huge plus. Support can be many things: - marketing (concrete stuffs like providing access to KOL, PR, ressources, X Spaces…) - tech (have a dedicated point of contact in a slack/discord can support when issues, but that can also show new features, new use cases…) - Grants, network…
