He was bothered by Steve - the white guy - passing the shield to "some random black guy"

No one (even Disney) knows what the cut to theaters will eventually cost Disney because it hasn't finished its run yet. Listing just the product budget (for now) is fine.

Similar to say, how Ford v Ferrari has an "official" budget of "$97.6M;" but the actual amount spent on production was more 'til they received a reported $17M in tax incentives for filming in California.

@DonAmorimEra @CultureCrave @DEADLINE There's nothing misleading about them reporting what the projected earnings are or what the reported production budget is. It's very standard industry practice. They way you came off in that first reply was as if they were intentionally setting out to mislead "someone's mum".

It's also not Sam's 1st rodeo. Sam can evade long enough to tucker Rulk out. Also there's his vulnerabiliy to sharp objects.
