Like if we stopped farming and exporting dairy products from NY and replaced it with almonds that would affect our state economy quite a bit.

And the main thing is that it’s a big part of TN’s exports, specifically. And it might be true that there are better crops, but that’s what they’re doing and it’s not that easy to shake it up.
