I don’t know how else we want to say it. NURSING AND MEDICINE ARE TWO DIFFERENT COURSES. There’s no superior, no inferior, no higher, no lower. A nurse is trained and taught based on what is expected of the role and vice versa for doctors. Yes they work together but not the same.

I can understand when we have no adequate resources to manage a patient. Push for a swift referral, document it, speak to the people concerned. It's a terrible feeling when we lose a patient and we feel we didn't try enough. God help us!

We are registered nurses. I spent 7 years to be a nurse, ( 3 full years calendar in SON and 4 years in the university DE) with NYSC it will be 8 years sef. It's not beans, it's not to be following order that's not in the best of my patients interest and welfare.
