So happy I see this beautiful trophy on Ebay and brought it. Golden sprint trophy 1991 won by Murlens Lord trained by Ken linzell. It will be returned to @RomfordDogs tomorrow and hopefuly be on show and appreciated this is history.

I was shaking for 40 mins after Argento first ever win and close to tears .I've had him from a baby all the hard work @tiptophoncho and @lucybak59584749 and now @katieof he's had so many issues.I'm so proud and thank you to everyone and @RomfordDogs im so proud I mean that 💚

Often get asked, Did you rescue him . No he was my ex racing dog . Now my couch potato. We love our dogs on and off the track 💚 once I even got accused of being an animal abuser when a group decided to target me. and this dog in the picture. At nearly 6 he looks ok to me 🤣

Why do us greyhound folk get so much bad press . A true working class leisure time . Everyone smiles and says hello at a dog track . Never seen a fight either . Lot of people could learn a lot from greyhound folk and how we in general conduct ourselves. Power to us 🙌.

I've been going through a real tough time recently, but you know what my dogs keep me going . I can't wait till I can watch my dogs run again. It's a very tough time for me, but i know and so many others do I'm doing what's best for my dogs and that's all that really matters!

Anyone opposed to greyhound racing Do you actually believe greyhound owners do not love there dogs ? do you believe loving a dog is only about giving it cuddles ? True love is also allowing them to do what comes natural. Greyhounds can not be forced to chase, it's instinct!

Thought about it 4 a long time. After all my dogs have been homed and pups finished. I'll go down to 1 or 2 max. No more bringing people into the sport cus i cant defend some of the disgusting behaviour of some. Nothings done about it. No point tagging anyone either.

Regarding the traps situation at Oxford and Towcester,I have been speaking to certain persons, and I can say they will be changed ASAP and every effort is being taken to get them sorted on both tracks.I don't have a time scale, but I do know it's happening. This is not a rumour

Often get stopped when walking my dogs, always get nice comments about my dogs condition. I often get asked did you rescue Seanie ? NO. he was my racer, oh it's cruel, ye right then the neighbour who says the same, I've never ever seen him walk his poor dog. #retirednotrescued#

I have never been so angry disappointed in my life regarding a dog track.16 week's I've waited and this is what we get. I had already pulled my dog, but thankfully the trainers stuck together and went home. This sport is my life but the dogs are far more valuable than any sport.
