It is obvious that US farmers are already struggling under the brunt of the closure of USAID, because USAID has always been the biggest purchaser of food items produced in the US, as food aid to Africa and so an end to the global support of USAID is also a wakeup call for Africa to make the required investments in food production and to wean off support from agencies like the USAID. For the past seven years, there hasn't been a cholera outbreak in this country. Yet, just one month in office, and you're already taking grants for cholera? If the government denies the outbreak, then @EU_Commission is complicit. This is exactly why @elonmusk is pushing for accountability in funds allocated to USAID.
