Created in 1984 by Jane and Louis Grubb and today in the hands of the 2nd generation. All Cashel Blue is made and matured on the family owned dairy farm.

Thankyou all... the event is the same day as our daughters 12th bday!! We will enjoy the outing there is no doubt of that...

@DrFrancisYoung @GregDaly It's always an eye opener to see a message like this.. glad our Cashel Blue is a joy to find... but don't know why it's so hard to find.. we 1st exported to Londonn in 1985 and still to this day send cheese across the water weekly...Great diversity of blues today..

A great concept....
Calling all Irish food establishments @chefnetworkirl are running their open kitchen week again this November (11th-17th) and are looking for restaurants, cafes, bars and hotels to take part in order to showcase what they do to both young chefs and people considering entering the industry.
