Results of the longest trial (5y) of carbohydrate-reduction for T2D shows remission is achievable and sustainable. Sustained improvements in wt, HbA1c, tg, HDLc, inflam markers; no sign. change in LDLc. Thanks for brilliant work @virtahealth
