Been seeing some interest in Cars 2 rewatches lately. Do yourself a favor and watch this deleted scene right before it: It's removal and various script changes elsewhere is the reason Cars 2 was somehow able to get away with a G rating.

@worker_ordinary @friendinrussian It was 'necessary' for the rulers to violently enforce slavery, but it wasn't necessary for the slaves to put up with it. And the only reason slave rebellions failed is because they lost militarily, not because they ran up against the historically determined means of production.

@quibvs Widescreen and ultrawide is the stupidest thing of all time. Yeah, our peripheral vision is close to 2:1, but what you can actually focus on is squarish. I'd prefer a 4:3 or 16:10 screen if there were "4k" OLED made in that size.
