@LasVegasLocally best is to mask and isolate until can get a proper PCR after 5 days. doing 1 home test, seeing it's negative and then ruling out Covid (when it cannot actually be ruled out) is how Covid continues to spread. at this point should be assumed to be Covid until PCR proves it's not.
