Be wary of the soft calcium on CCTA, the kind that blends with contrast. Past the bright calcium, it's actually still plaque (arrow) in pLAD. This is relatively young lady (late 50s) who had recurrent atypical chest pain. Cath courtesy of @naviyd

Cardiac imagers: how do you keep track of good cases and what is your system for following up outcomes? I'm trying different things but have accumulated a hodgepodge and keep forgetting to follow up, i.e. stress tests or +ccta

Ginormous angiosarcoma on CT, unfortunately in a young woman (31 yo). Note that RCA is encased and likely feeding the vascularized tumor. Also incidental persistent L SVC. Any thoughts on next steps for patient care? @WFCardiology
