@Mashburn4NC, you realize the down ballot races in NC are never included in the post election audit, so a bill was written for the NCGA to introduce, and Sen Warren Daniel (senate elections committee co-chair) wrote in an email he was in favor of many of the recommendations, but the language was NOT introduced in S747, right? Do you trust election results (or anything - a govt agency, the financials of a business) to be accurate when they are not independently audited? I place blind faith in only One place… (but even God shows us evidence of Himself so we’re not having to blindly trust at all.)

I’d be surprised if MA wasn’t violating HAVA. I filed 6 HAVA Administrative Complaints against the NCSBE. (Could have filed 2-3 more but ran out of time before the 2024 election.) The process is hilarious - the board of elections decides if they’re violating HAVA - you know, just like we get to tell the IRS if our tax return complies with tax laws. Watching them try to excuse it all away was worth the effort, though. (Well, plus one complaint was the basis of an RNC lawsuit as well as an election protest of a close statewide race. The Uniparty politicians finally had to admit all is actually NOT well with NC’s electoral process).

Sorry to bombard you, but we have evidence NC’s voter registration system has never complied with Sec 303(a)(1)(A)(v) of HAVA since its inception. NC has 100 independent county lists, not a statewide interactive list. That’s one reason we have so many dupe regs. I didn’t realize we could report infractions to the EAC. (Of course of State Board of Elections would never admit it if a HAVA administrative complaint is filed.)

You realize what you’re saying. Voters claiming to be overseas citizens can submit ballots via email - without providing any personal identification numbers at all upon registration (per Iredell Co BOE Director), - if the SSN-4 is provided, their identity and birth date is not validated, - their citizenship status (like all voters in NC) is not verified, and - they are not required to provide a copy of any photo ID. But you feel confident our elections are totally secure.
