@spooked75 @SecDef Why trump wanted him as SecDef, they don't want values in the military anymore, just followers to do as told. As a Naval Aviator Veteran, it saddens Me that values are not important to him. I see many Geneva Convention laws flushed and no moral character! “Kill them all to win”.

@urHIGH_ness_ It is very therapeutic and low impact on the body to stay in shape. I remember those days I would swim five-miles a day when I was in the Navy. 😮💨

@urHIGH_ness_ My heart goes out to you and your family during this time! No matter what age or time; it hurts when you lose or know you are going to lose a loved one. Dealing with that now Myself and I say lean on others and not keep your feelings to yourself.
