Carlisle St John Ambulance is 100 years old today! Our volunteers continue to support the local community here in Carlisle, both in good times and bad. Our uniforms may have changed over the years, but the commitment of our volunteers caring for those in need has never changed.

Next on our list, we have another one of our fabulous ambulance crew; Justin. He may have only joined us this time last year, but he has certainly made an impact on our unit. As a football fan himself, combining football with first aid can only be a winner. #stjohnpeople

Our unit just wouldn’t be the same without Akim, our ambulance crew/cycle extraordinaire! He actually provided us with multiple highlights, including the King’s coronation and the beautiful scenery we get in Cumbria!
