Goddamnit. One of my Google buds flung out of my ear whilst I was reporting snowfall. Looks like it is lost to the wilds of Chipping Norton. Trying to hunt for it with a dog eager to get home, in the dark with a tiny torch....I didn't stand a chance.

These "woods" felt huge to me as a kid. It's actually just a treeline separating 2 fields. I love is walking Ripley where I walked my family dog over 20 years ago. It's not changed at all.

I know I'm back home in the borough when my dog goes up to bed and my parents'dog uses me as a bed.

After the back and forth of Christmas, I've got two chill days at home before heading back on the road for family birthdays. So of course my brain chooses these two rest days to want to do every tiny job I've ever needed to do. I've pinned myself under a duvet to stop myself.
