@hulu_support It's a vizio. The problem is only in the last few weeks. Shows I've noticed (may be missing more I forgot about but no way to see list of shows set to record) are: Brilliant Minds, Tonight Show, Late Night, Golden Bachelorette.

@DCDPW Why do your trucks consistently drive through our yard? It's not a narrow alley or hard to navigate as seen in last pic. This has been going on for years. Recycling truck especially does this EVERY SINGLE WEEK.

@hulu_support I go to the support page you suggested. They troubleshoot for 30 minutes and then all of a sudden a new agent pops into chat saying how can I help you and has no idea what is going on I've wasted 30+ minutes. Seriously?

@hulu_support Still having this issue with NBC. The "Ad" icon is always on. I can't rewind or FF. Even when recorded. Can you please PLEASE fix this?!

@hulu_support No better. I recorded tonight's news so I could watch without limitation and now it not only has the ad in the corner the whole time, but has a countdown timer like other channels have during legitimate ads. (Used to just be only the ad icon.)
